Basic Plan
As the name implies, this plan is the most basic plan they have. It includes 4 weeks of meals that are easy to prepare and formulated and portioned to help you burn fat. You get delicious breakfasts like apple and cinnamon oatmeal, lunches like a grilled chicken sandwich, and a satisfying dinner like chicken and bacon ranch pizza. You can choose the chefs choice, or you can choose your own menu items.
You’ll also get delicious snacks like chocolate dipped pretzels or an ice cream sandwich.
Core Plan
This plan includes everything in the basic plan except you get access to many more food items that aren’t offered in the basic plan, over 100 in total.
You also get unlimited support from dieticians and counselors, because let’s face it, losing is stressful. You also get access to tools and trackers to help you get motivated and keep track of your weight loss.
Uniquely Yours Plan
This plan is even better than the others with 60 more choices than the Core plan, in fact you get unlimited access to all the frozen and non-frozen foods on the menu. You still get access to support and tools.
Uniquely Yours Plus
This plan includes everything in the Uniquely Yours plan but you also get 28 probiotic, belly fat burning shakes. This helps to jumpstart your weight loss.
With each of these four plans you can choose between a plan for men or women. This is helpful since the hormones and chemical makeup of men and women are different and they lose weight differently.
Nutrisystem also has a vegetarian option for either men or women with 4 weeks of meat free meals.

The Core plan goes up about a dollar per day ending at $310 for 4 weeks of meals. The Uniquely Yours plan costs $12.50 per day, $350 for 4 weeks. The Uniquely Yours Plus plan, which comes with extra 28 shakes, costs almost $14 per day, or $390 per 4 weeks.
Each plan costs a bit more for men, since they need generally will eat more food. It also costs a bit more if you choose your own menu instead of opting for the Chef’s choice.
The vegetarian plan is $12.50 per day, or $350 for a full 4 weeks. The diabetic plans are the same price of the original basic, core, and uniquely yours plans.
